Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Stream Relay, a service of Best IT ("we"). By using the control portal or the service, you agree to them.

The service

Stream Relay provides a cloud server that relays your live stream to the destination you choose, a control portal, and optional integration with YouTube. Pricing and service levels are set out in your agreement with Best IT.

Your account

Keep your portal password, encoder credentials and stream keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account or credentials have been compromised.

Your content and acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you stream and must have the rights to broadcast it. You must follow the terms and community guidelines of the platforms you stream to. You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the service or other customers.

YouTube

Stream Relay's YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can disconnect YouTube at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and depends on third parties including AWS, your internet connection and the streaming platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Best IT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost broadcasts, viewers or revenue, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

Either party may end the service as described in your agreement. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
